NHCC is a Cambodian non- governmental organization (NGO) registered with the Royal Government of Cambodia. The Mission of New Hope for Cambodian Children (NHCC) is to work with NGOs and the Royal Government of Cambodia to assist children living with HIV/AIDS and their families.
